Description

Principle

Product maintenance and safety note
(1)in the use of magnetic boxes, we should prevent the use of hard tools to knock, bruise and other causes of magnetic box deformation, or even damage magnets, so as not to affect the performance of the use of tools, it is recommended to use rubber hammer gently percussion.
(2) the magnetic box platform should be kept clean and smooth to prevent iron chips or concrete slurry from entering the inside of the magnetic box, which will affect the flexibility of the switch, at the same time, it may cause the magnetic block to tilt, can not flatten the platform, and even weaken the working suction.
(3) the magnetic force of the suction surface of the magnetic box is very strong, so it is necessary to avoid being close to the devices such as precision instruments and electronic instruments, and not to be close to other iron materials. Once adsorbed, it is difficult to separate. It is recommended that special toolkits be made to place magnetic boxes and other magnetic retainers.
(4) the suction surface of the magnetic box should always be kept clean and smooth, which should not be used for a long time, and the suction surface should be greased and rust-proof. Should often check whether the magnetic block can smooth the fitting platform, whether the switch is flexible and free, does not affect the normal use.
